Dry Seasoning Rub with Mop Sauce

Dry Seasoning
3 tablespoons black pepper — coarsely ground
3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
3 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Mop Sauce
1 cup cider vinegar
½ cup water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
½ teaspoon cayenne
Mix ingredients together and store in dry container. For Mop sauce, mix all ingredients and store in refrigerated container.
